Hello, as other said jack has tools for this. I used jackmeter in the
past (console).
I started to work on a networked monitor, it's a bit stalled due to
other priorities at the station but works for us. The code is at
https://github.com/fm-futura/flask-audio-monitor . Needs GStreamer and
Pulseaudio.
