Hi dear DarkIce team,

I am trying to set up darkice to broadcast through a caster.fm account, but I keep getting the
"lame lib opening underlying sink" error.
I did some research on this, and found out the possible causes might be a

 - misconfiguration
- however I've doubletriplequadruplechecked that port, server, pass and mountpoint are correct
 - port has to be +1 of what the server specifies
       - caster.fm says 31312, I've tried both 31312 and 31313 to no avail
 - password is refused by server because it isn't crypted
- I saw this working for someone in a mail on this list. I'm still wondering HOW to do this, though.

Is this a known issue with caster.fm? Do other users encounter the same problem?
What could I do to try and solve this?

Thanks in advance,

Arsenij Solovjev, Warwaradio
