James had his military drill weekend so has been unavailable and is still not
home.
Dirk, I'd suggest you work with James to get his military drill schedule. He
will always be unavailable the Tuesday prior to his drill weekend due to a
conflicting conference call. I'd also suggest no speaking or Toastmaster role
the Tuesday after his drill weekend. It's always an extra busy week and
weekend for him, more so now that he's a Chief.
