Subject: CVTM - ACTION - Confirm Roles / Play it Backwards Theme
Hello,
I am your Toastmaster tomorrow. Please confirm you will be attending and
available to fill your roles tomorrow. Speakers, please provide your
Introduction and speech details as soon as possible, but an no later than noon
on Tuesday. If you are using Pathways, please be sure you connect with your
evaluator if there's something specific you want them to look for, and print
out your evaluation form.
NOTE - Since it was just April Fool's Day, I'm going to flip things up a bit
for our meeting. We will be having a Backwards meeting on Tuesday. For those of
you who have never attended a Backwards meeting before, I will literally be
running the meeting from end to beginning and evaluators will be evaluating
speeches before you hear the speeches. Sound a bit wacky? Well it is, but this
meeting will certainly challenge your creativity, and not to worry speakers,
your documented forms will have content for your 'REAL' evaluation.

"Backwards". Get creative with it! :)
