Hello E7 Leaders! Here are the details for our area contest. As before, we
are pairing with Area E6 for the contest. It is at the Gunbarrel Hampton
Inn. Note the date is *April 7th *and plan your club contests prior to
this so you are ready to send your best speakers to our Area Contest.

print out the guide and plan early to get the most out of the contest
experience.
For all members, chairing the club contest, being a chief judge, the
toastmaster or any of the roles is a great experience and helps prepare for
the area contests and beyond. Encourage full club participation and think
ahead about the area contest and how you can participate. Specifics about
roles and volunteering for the area contest will be in a later email.

Set Up: 12:30 pm
Registration: 1:00 pm
Briefing: 1:30 pm
Contest: 2:00 pm‐5:00 pm
Clean Up: 5:00 pm‐5:30 pm
Description:
The Hampton Inn is donating the use of their main floor meeting room which
includes coffee and tea service in their lobby. Please do *not* bring
potluck items from home. All food must come from a commercial kitchen, and
donations from local restaurants will be available for you to enjoy during
registration and intermission.
