I'm not sure about this error in EIMS:

Apr 28, 2011 7:40:51 AM -0700 127.0.0.1 Refused to relay message from
a1067929@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx at host assp.mail.enigmedia.com to
spamharvesters@xxxxxxxx

Should ASSP even be configured to forward spam to OITC? If not, where does one
disable it? or if so, what should I be doing in EIMS to allow the email to be
forwarded?

The control is in "copy spam" You can certainly send copies of all spam and
malware to spamharvesters@xxxxxxxx as I process it all for various research reasons.
What I would do is to change this entry in assp to sent to a local address and then set
your local address to forward to spamharvesters@xxxxxxxx if you want to feed me copies of
your badware emails.

Interesting...all the fields in "copy spam" section are blank...is there another place where it might be configured?

In the "collecting" section, I see "Spam Collect Addresses" is defined as: "hormel*|ubesample*|spamharvester*", but I don't see anywhere that the OITC address is explicitly defined?
