Did you either fill out the flat files for local users and domains and the ldap info or both? I would reco both. I supplied scripts to create the flat files (see web site faq).
Oh I might have forgotten in the instructions but I remember the Glenn, never "bothered", to use his phrase, to update his ldap to support domain queries so you will need to use the flat file to identify those.
I tested the ldap email query a while ago and it worked fine but I am running without it and using flat file due to numerous reaons not having to do with EIMS and ASSP so I can't certify that the query will work on the current eims (I am also running 3.3.7). I know that below 3.3 eims ldap doesn't work at all.
