Legislators in the Louisiana house just approved the Term Limits Convention.
65 to 24!!!
This means FOUR more states are now on verge of officially bypassing Congress
and calling the Term Limits Convention.
Louisiana, Tennessee, Georgia and North Carolina! We are so very close!
HOWEVER, the professional politicians definitely now understand how close we
are to bypassing the U.S. Congress to impose term limits on the U.S. House and
Senate.
And they are fighting back harder than ever.
Please, make a generous emergency contribution of $17, $25, $50, $100 or
whatever you can afford.
Any amount you can spare will help us keep up our momentum and win final
passage of the Term Limits Convention in these four states.

Right this very moment we are lobbying hard in North Carolina, Georgia,
Tennessee and Louisiana.
All four states could pass our term limits for Congress legislation. Or, all
four could reject it.
It's that close in each.
We are just one legislative chamber away from term limits victory in each of
these four states.
That's why I need your help immediately.
"Izzy" Israel is continuing his walk across America in support of term limits.
He and his USTL support team are in North Carolina right now.
In Louisiana, last year our legislation also passed the state House. But it was
then narrowly defeated in the state senate.
We can't let that happen again!
But we are going to need more ads and grassroots events win.
In Tennessee and Georgia the story is similar.
We've passed our amendment through one legislative chamber, but our field team
needs help desperately to pass it through the other.
Without more financial support we really could lose in all four of these
states. Everything we've done up until now in Louisiana, Georgia, Tennessee and
North Carolina could be in vain.
Please help.
When we needed help in West Virginia just weeks ago, good friends like you
stood up and helped.
And West Virginia then passed the Term Limits Convention!
Now, we need to do the same thing in Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia and
Louisiana.
We are so close in these four states!
