Hello CSEB Members and Recent Members

The CSEB is holding it annual meeting and conference on Friday and Saturday, October 28 & 29th in Edmonton at the Inn on 7th hotel. The theme of the conference is "Northern Development: Challenges - Opportunities - Legacies". As the conference is in Alberta, one of the plenary sessions and concurrent sessions is focused on Development within the Alberta Oil Sands. Other sessions have speakers from industry, government and consulting companies giving presentations on environmental issues dealing with northern mining, transportation, parks and protected areas, and regulatory issues.
