[csdn-sa] Network's Name

Well, things have started but we don't have a name we've all officially
endorsed. Seeing we had to be called _something_ [I could hardly
approach Freelists and say "could we please have a list with no name"] I
renamed ourselves to the Community Software Distribution Network.
It has been suggested we may need to be the Community Shared Software
Distribution Network.
We could have a totally different name (but we'd keep
csdn-sa@xxxxxxxxxxxxx until I could convince them to change the name).
Mind you, we could run like my C++ programming list:

I'd accidentally called it "linuxcpprograming@xxxxxxxxxxx"--ironic, two
lists supporting the development of programs on Linux being hosted by
the Microsoft Systems Developers Network--and had to rename it to
"tuxcpprogramming@xxxxxxxxxxx" and the name has stuck.
My suggestion, therefore, is:
"The Community Software Distribution Network - South Australia" or
"CSDN-SA" in short.
Feel free to make any comments, suggest a new name and so forth. The
precise mechanism as to how we'll decide the final name isn't all
together clear but we'll muddle our way through the process somehow...
