Guys - can we just setup a group - even a google group. that way when I'm available and everyone else - can check that for messages - as opposed to having the inbox flooded. plus it will allow different topic to be discussed - so that it doesn't interfere with others work and inboxes. just a thought. if you're keen - i'll set one up.
