I will raise it at the Club meeting this afternoon and try to get results --
the problem is that the students are in total end-of-semester panic mode. (I
suspect attendance at the meeting will also be low.)

Subject: [cs_edworkers] Can comrades come? Friday at NyCORE monthly meeting
This Friday is an open discussion on the election and coming period. I think
we should go and raise our Immigration resolution and program we put forward
last night at the UFT-- workers action to stop deportations.
Usually their meetings exceed my tolerance and patience threshold (unbridled
liberalism from dreamy-eyed "make a difference" feminists and liberals).
But this time seems important to get our program out in the education world.
If you can come with me, please let me know. It's 6 pm at Teachers College
(Columbia U campus).
PS. San, are there any Hunter club (not necessarily edu majors) who might
come with us?
Thanks,
M
