Subject: [cunycontingents] NYU GSOC holding "Strike Vote Rally" today +
materials on Columbia strike, etc. Dear CUNY contingents:
I know this is very late notice, but the NYU Graduate Student Organizing
Committee (GSOC) is holding a "Strike Vote Rally" today, starting at noon. GSOC
is part of the same UAW Local 2110 as the Graduate Workers of Columbia. (CCU
activists have been joining the Columbia picket lines a lot, and last Friday I
was able to give some remarks to the Columbia strike rally on behalf of the
CCU.) (I hope some CCU members will be able to come out in solidarity today
with our NYU colleagues as well!
