One of the things about Donald Trump is that he is such a wily
character, he is extremely difficult to pin down, and has all sorts of
strategies for avoiding and evading stuff which may be of some concern
to him. He really likes to be free to do whatever is his want and not
to suffer the consequencies, to pin the responsibility and liability on
others when it all goes wrong, and take only credit where credit is or
is not due and never to take the blame for anything. Most politicians
are like that of course, It is a way of survival, and very Darwinian. I
like the way, in this case, where the court has taken over
responsibility to make sure that any assets which are left in the
charity go to proper and legal beneficiaries. One hopes that this will
occur, but of course one never really knows with Trump, his views,
opinions, stances and actions change from second to second, dependant
upon his mood or any of his whims. And one doesn't know if any of the
assets in the charity are left to be distributed, except a nominal
amount. We shall see.
