Ever heard of Frank Snepp? I haven't, but the interview is an
interesting piece of history on the role of the CIA and various other
American Big Yins in the Vietnam War. He describes all the shenanigans
that went on within the US government, the CIA and the US Embassy and
William Colby.
Don't believe a word of it, do your own research, but it just goes to
show how little has changed at the CIA, and how much the Executive still
ignores the US Constitution. It's like it doesn't exist, except as a toy
to play with.
