P.S. It is a pity that the judge didn't include a copy of the DVD in the transcript and his judgement. I do like to study all the evidence in a court case before I make up my mind...:-) . Still, that is one of the weaknesses of legal privilege...:-)

Well worth a read...if one has nuffink better to do...in my opinion.I really can't see this case getting much further in the courts...but one should never take anything for granted...Enjoy...:-) .
