Hi slavOnic,
I just wondered about it being in an English version...but no, I doubt that the Ukrainian Counter Intelligence Services have any more unique or original tactics and strategies for sussing out their state enemies: liberationists, activitists, opposition movements or other peaceful "criminals" who are a threat to their state, as the US, UK, Russians or Chinese have...thanks all the same.

Aw, Slav0nic...you spoiled it...I was really looking forward to
reading it...there is nuffink worse than finding that a classified
document is not, after all, classified at all.  It's just no fun,
it loses its value as truth, its surreptitiousness disappears, no
one believes what is written in it because it doesn't hold the
essential quality of being classifed and if it is on Ebay at a
cost of $200 it must be a counterfeit or doctored or being sold
illegally under copyright law, by some foreign agent or other, who
is skint and working for dual masters.  And there was Michael
wishing he had a couple of hundred to buy a copy....At least you
have saved him from putting it on his wish list at Ebay and
    wasting his money...:-).
Have you got a url for it...and is there an English translation
