If there are any holes in your training, the event is geared to get you ready for sectional season in March. The event will start at 8:00 AM sharp. Everyone will get a minimum of 4 WODs that will test your work capacity, strength and skills. Be prepared for anything. The movement standards will be at Games level and test the quality of your movements. The Midwest Winter Challenge is for anyone who is seriously considering competing in the sectionals, regionals or the CrossFit Games. All the workouts will be scalable.
