Well, I suppose it isn't technically a dive kick but his cancel hcf+b/d
allows him to cancel in the air now.

Apparently Nemo thinks Andy is really cheap.  Fast fireball recovery,
safe elbows (they are probably situationally punishable), easy
hit-confirms.  He is being compared to SSFIV AE Yun.
