Yes. There are broken systems that have ship tech on them.
Do you guys know how to get rid of waypoints?

Another useful thing I only recently found out.
When checking out star systems to warp to there are actually 4 different types
of systems.
The default ones that you get directed towards are all yellow. The most basic
kind.
There are also red, green, blue ones and you need specific hyperdrive upgrades
in order to go to them. (Even if you are in range you cant warp to them with
your starting hyper drive).
Apparently these have chances to produce the more extreme or rare stuff.
Weirder planets, rarer resources etc. etc.

It does. Thats the only place ive really done it myself.
Think it gets yellow outline if you let the mining beam stuff touch each other.
No idea how big or effective the bonus is unfortunatly

Yeah I noticed that with my new ship.
All the pulse weapon things were outlined in red.
Thats good info.

From what I have read yes they do stack. But I havent personally tested.
Dont think you can have multiples of the same quality tho.
ie You can have +1, +2, +3 all working together.
Your upgrades also get bonus depending on their placement. You will see their
borders changes if they are next to similar upgrades. (ie all the mining beam
upgrades are touching each other and/or the beam.

The rare item planet also worked as a bit of a triple farm for me because it
had heridium monoliths and every now and then I would pomp the drones for
platinum .... or was it titanium .... well ja.
Do you guys know if the upgrades stack ?

@Paas
I missed part of your question.
Yeah, I'm completing the planets. It doesn't make quick bank though.
The diversity of a planet can really change. The moon I was on went from flat,
to full of holes, to marsh and then mountains.
I'll share some glitchy pics of where a base was built on a mound and one of
those (silicate?) monoliths later.
Alien engineering fail.
The frozen armpit of a planet I started on was pretty much the same all round.
:/
...oh, and I found a base under water.
