RE: USF4 changes!

New sticks for PS4 unless sony adds support for PS3 controllers via update or 
something...  or converters pop up of some kind.
There are/where rumours that something like the PS360 pcb may be able to be 
used PS4 if it gets a bios/firmware update.  Since its software can be updated.
