heavier emphasis on hit confirms. no more dp fadc on block no more random un 
hitconfirmed tigershots.
 
ultra1 was balanced where it does less damage in the midscreen and more in the 
corner.

 
Ultra 2 probably does more damage now even with the nerf of damage because all 
of the hits connect.
 
st lk being cancellable is kinda OP
