These games die for allot of people when you reach the "End game" content.

Since you are maxed level, these high level stuff + upping your gear is all
that is left.

Its fun but less casual. You usually need way more people and the content is
allot harder.

Its needs some form of coordination and teamwork and planning... sometimes
just getting everybody online at the same time to do a big dungeon can take
some effort... and people get agitated when folks don't rock up etc.

Well see how FFRR turns out.

Sofar its pretty good imo

I’ve been wondering about that as well.

I’m used to paying for a game, then owning that game and doing whatever I want
and playing whenever I want. Sadly I don’t think this is the way that games are
going in the future. With something like Diablo 3, I can’t play the game at
certain times because of lag or server issues on their side. I’m not used to
that. It looks like the way most gaming companies will go in the future. I’m
not happy about that. I don’t
like the fact that I don’t own the game, I just own the right to play it for a
while.

I tend not to actually spend that much on games. I only buy a handful of games
and I spam them no end. I must’ve dropped 200+ hours on Skyrim. It’s impossible
to track the hours spent on fighting games. For a normal play through game, I
don’t expect to spend more than 3 months on the game, and figuring that, the
cost of the game + 2 months subscription is close enough to the cost of most
new ps3 games. At the moment,
I’m not that worried about the cost of the game. As I said, if the R180 per
month no longer justifies itself, I will stop paying. It will be sad to not be
able to just pop the game back in and randomly level up a character.

Al made it nice and clear the first time, thanks.

It's still not enough to justify that cash spent on a single game.

Subscriptions are not micro transactions.

You cant buy anything with real money inside the game (Not legally atleast).

Micro transactions have no place in gaming imo.

This one of the reasons why I do not own the game.

Yeah, for a yearlong it’s a bit steep, but I think of it another way – it costs
half of what a new game does, and less than I spend on cigarettes per
 month.

When it hits the point that I’m not spending enough time on the game to make it
worth paying for, then I will stop.

At the moment I’m spending a lot of my free time on the game. At R6 per day for
the game, I’m happy to pay.

R2159.76 a year if the fee remains the same?

That's enough to buy a ps vita plus a game on psn or a nintendo 3ds plus a game
or a deposit for a ps4...

Just renewed my subscription on the SE site and it worked, R179.98 for 30 days
isn't too bad but it's quite a bit more than buying a 60 day time card :/

I just woke up after a crazy night. Blood stains everywhere in my apartment.
Couldn't figure it out. Then I tried to use my mouse and saw my mouse wheel
was stuck. Turns out I cut my finger while I was out last night and when
I got home, I noticed I was still logged into FF and it started bleeding again
when I tried to use the mouse. I don't know how one small cut can make so much
mess everywhere.
