She can jump-cancel EX Fukiage on block now though.  Scary mixup potential 
because of Axe Kicks.

Gief gets an easy way in now with light green hands being safe on block.  
Combined with EX green hand it makes for a scary frame trap.


Chun's jump is now 36f, down from 41f.  Finally she can jump again.
