Yeah, and he does good damage off any attack.
Nelson's damage it pretty terrible, but he has every other thing going for
him.
Zarina's lows are incredible and her jumps seem floaty at first, but are
super useful. also, d+C can be quickmaxed for extending combos. Double BC
combos ftw.

His qcfx2+AC has a wallsplat, and he moves far forward on the 2nd hit. If
your opponent was in the air when you did it you can follow up with a d+B
for reset

The wallsplat stuff has some stipulations.
Distance to wall, obviously. Height and attack speed.
With Vanessa and K' you have to slow things down, but with Bandeiras,
Ryuji and Luong you have to be super fast.
Did you see that Nelson has a wallsplat property?
