CirclMastr got Cloud and Barret to level 99, which isn’t particularly
impressive. What’s impressive is that he did it before the game’s first
boss battle.

There is still a counterwire for actual counter hits like Ralph's one
special, and Goro's CD attack.
These moves are not done on counter.  So not a counterwire.

Checked out your Rock breakdown.



It seems like the way his command throw combos on airborne opponents is
similar to how they buffed Kings 2nd super.

If you hit them when they are close to the ground the super starts as if
they are standing...  but if they are higher up it hits like them airborne
and most of the hits wiff like it used to.

Had a look at the KOF14 changes to my characters yesterday...



MuiMui seems the same...  but she can "combo" off her ex anti-air combat
roll thing.  Its not in the patch notes so perhaps its been there for a
long time already.

Ie she can get good 1 bar damage near the corner into a "reset" keeping
the opp in the corner.  (Hit c.D after ex combat roll upper thingy)



King they slightly nerfed her many kicks super...  but buffed the other
one so you just use that instead.

They made her 2nd super useful...  it was useless previously.  Did the
least damage, had no invul and half the hits wiffed against airborne
opponent.

They fixed all of those :)



Maxima's ex air vapor cannon now does bounce on hit.  Allowing df+C and
some form of combo afterwards...  its rather tight tho.  You can TK this
for an instant overhead combo starter if you already in max mode.  I assume
ex air VC is also overhead like normal air VC...  but perhaps not.

If you want to get primal items in non-season, clear non-season GR70 solo
with any char.

If you want to get primal in season, clear GR70 solo with any seasonal
char.



It pretty much unlocks the ability to drop primals. Get to clearing that
rift.
