d+A+B is another great universal low profile you can use as an anti air and
for counter poking.
I don't think rock depends on supers you need to catch your opponent with
the spd for awesome juggles because it can be cancelled.

He has good tools like counters, reversal, anti airs and zoning.
I'm also not sure how useful his top attack is play around with it.
