found someone from MSSA to be an umpire for a Tekken tourney.
If GB is hosting/umpiring, he can't play as well though, right? Wouldn't it be

GB has found out that MSSA cancelled the WC qualifiers, because they couldn't
find umpires. WTF?
As far as I can understand he is attempting to convince them to have him host
the qualifiers.
If he does get the tender, YOOOOOOOOH, we must make this the greatest MSSA
tournament, to have ever been hosted.
