Even on my new capped account torrents dont perform well till later in the
evenings.
Also are you on uncapped?
Switched from 4mb uncapped to 10mb 200gb capped account. Costs the same per
month at mweb.
The capped accounts are still "uncapped" after 12 in the evening so downloads
can be done just fine if time/schedule them.
You can give something like that a try.

Streaming what is being played in VR to VR will be hard tho.
Since you are either forced to move and look where the steamer is... and that
can make you sick.
Or you have a flat image if what the player is doing like a normal stream.
If your vision is free to look wherever then the actual streaming setup and
stuff needs to change... since games dont actually render most of the stuff
that you arent looking at.
So streaming stuff behind the streamer is hard cause its not being rendered...
but rendering it puts an even greater load on the already extremely high
requirements that the VR games have.

Steam maxes that out. Entire games downloads/updates in minutes

throttling in place.
