Hi - we had requested a meeting with the Board regarding the placement of
our gas meter and then after my 5 minutes where up at the last Board
meeting, I never heard from them again. During my 5 minutes of time at that
meeting, I requested the Board and Washington Gas come to our home to
discuss a possible compromise solution. I never heard from anyone, but
did get a disconnect notice from Washington Gas regarding my decision to
“not comply” which is utterly unacceptable and blatantly false. Has anyone
else had this happen? We are not “disallowing” a replacement, we just don’t
want to dig up our trees in the front yard and tear up the inside of our
house without discussing alternatives. I asked for a meeting and got a
disconnection notice….which really pisses me off to be honest.
