Thanks to everyone for notifying me and expressing their concern.
We’ve been on the Yahoo platform since April 1999. Over the course of the past
20 years there have been many rumours of the demise of the mail lists. Now
that Yahoo has finally indicated where they want to go with Lists we will do
the right thing and re-host.
The first and obvious choice would be to move to groups.io but I’m also looking
at if the CPHA shouldn’t just host the list ourselves. Something like that
would give us a number of additional options like offering sub-lists for
specific topics.
Anyway, still early days so stay tuned for more details.
