I don't have trackplans of the Victoria, BC yard but I took extensive
detailed photos of all the buildings, turntable and trackage showing the
buildings and how they inter-related with each other & with the surrounding
neighbourhood. These photos
were taken in February 2012 while I was spending the winter in Victoria. I also
have one photo in the summer of 1977 when I
was visiting Victoria. The trackage & buildings didn't change but all the rail
equipment including the steam crane (now at Prince George)
and sand tower are gone. I'd be glad to share them with you if you're
interested. I couldn't get into the buildings as they were locked however.

If you sign up for (free) access to the Canadian Pacific Historical Association
website at http://www.cptracks.ca/ you can search their documents library, and ;
they have a very detailed track plan of the Victoria area dating from 1960.
There are a number of online scans of ~1905 insurance maps at Library and
Archives Canada ; the ones for Vancouver are really interesting. The search

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a resource
for trackplans based on CPR / CP Rail industrial trackage, say, in the region
of Victoria, B.C. - or prototype maps of such areas.
