There is a large steel water tank at Carberry MB on the CPR mainline
that still exists. It is not enclosed. If you look carefully, you can
still see the base of the standpipe located between the two main tracks.

Midhurst was also a steel tank with a heater installed in the
base. I don't believe any steel tank was enclosed.
