The article was in the June 1959 Model Railroader. It does show the location of
the various air tanks, Pintsch gas tanks, water tanks, battery boxes and brake
detail

A scratch building article on CPR Kettle Valley passenger cars was
published in Model Railroader many years ago by Gib Kennedy, however, I
don't know the dates offhand these articles were published.
