Hello Listers,
York Railway Modellers will be holding their 16th Annual Spring
Open Houses, sunday March 18 and Sunday march 25, 2007 at 5 Oakland
Ave, North York, Ontario. The hours are 11am to 4pm each day. Admission
is $5.00 per adult and $1.00 for children. Our 1600+ square feet of HO
scale model railway features both railways , the CNR and the CPR, in
southwestern Ontario, in period 1953 to 1957.We feature approx. 13
scale miles of mainline trackage going through 10 Southern Ontario
towns.
Also open is the Delaware & Rutland RR next door at 7 Oakland Ave, the
Delaware & Rutland are currently building a 2000 era, double deck
railway in 1600+ square foot room. the layout is based in southern
Ontario.
Come out and see two great railways.
