Rotary Snow plows (More - Part 2)

Another rotary plow I can find nothing other than a couple of photos is
400811. It is a rather large plow (quite long) and rides on six wheel
trucks. One other report says it was "the newest of the ten rotary snow
plows on the railroad". 


Does anyone know anything about this one?
