Stephen, I'm not aware of any specific articles but a
note on page 4 of the 1989 Motive Power Summary indicates
that MLW units under 1800hp were not db equipped. I take
this to mean the RS-18u retained the db and they also
retained their 1200 imp. gal. fuel tanks.
