I don't have anything on 130# rail.

From Merrillees' catalogue, 132# AREA rail is 7 5/16" high, with a head width 
of 2 15/16" and base width of 6".

132# REHF "head free" rail is is 7 1/8" high, with a 3" head width, and 6" base 
width.

Yes, that definitely means 130 pound rail. Jointed rail, of course, in that
era and the steel was not of the quality in today's rails. It is a fairly
rare section now but I think you may still be able to find some on the
Nelson Sub. Not sure, but it may have been relay rail released from the main
line many years back.
