Greetings List Members,
It has been brought to my attention that some form of mail virus is hitting
Yahoo Group Lists. In the couple instances that I've seen it appears to
come through Digest Users who are using the new Yahoo Digest mailer. I
don't know if that's entirely true but that's what it appears to me;
however, let's say this is a regular email virus.
Everyone should be always following the policy of never opening an email
attachment from anyone you don't know - and be very suspicious of anything
you receive from a friend. It is always best to be safe rather than sorry.
Until the Yahoo issue is corrected or the virus threat dies down, I have
placed the list on full Moderated status. It will slow down things as the
Moderators approve every message but it will save us all the noise.
