This might also be of interest to U.S. CPSIG members.
Sorry I left you off the list.

Can't wait to have these to sell as both CNR and CPR
versions should do well here south of the border.
That's especially true if they come correctly lettered
and numbered for CV, GT (NEL), GTW and DW&P...and in
both orange and red...
Is the plan to offer kits, RTR, or both, Stafford? Kits
might appeal to kit-bashers who want to do very specific
prototypes...

Very much alive is the answer. The CNR caboose is now in the
"tooling stage and the CPR caboose is close to that if not quite
there yet.
That suggests production might be a year to 18 months away.
How do I know that? I am their "project consultant" for the CNR
caboose I advised Hobbycraft to hire Dave Love for the CPR caboose
project as I didn't feel that I was the man for that part of the
project.

Has anyone got any further information on the up-coming CN "woody"
vans that Hobbycraft (Trueline trains?) are supposed to be making?
Their web site is still three years behind schedule and there is
nothing mentioned about them. Would like to know if the project is
still on or dead.
