Train #381 with RDCs 9052,9067 was hit by a loaded cement truck at MP116.25 
Havelock Sub on June 17, 1972.  RDC 9052 broke in half and was retired."

I recall a picture on the web years ago but can't find it now. The RDC struck 
directly had to be cut up on site having had its spine broken.
each of the two was knocked in its side.
