Cabooses and ditch lights - the end / start ? Refresher please

Hi guys,

I'm travelling and do not have access to my reference books.

May I ask a reminder for two things?

1) when did ditch lights become mandatory on leaders on CP in Canada?

2) when did cabeeses disappear as a standard tail end on main line trains
on CP ?
