Bussiness Car in the East

Hello All,

I was wondering if the brass ho bussiness car offered by VH some years ago can 
be used to model an eastern prototype ( Montreal and East, including QCR, 
Vermont & Maine, 1950's and Up).

And what would it be its number/name?
