Baggage Dorm Roof Vent Question

Greetings

Can anyone advise on the size and spacing of the roof vents over the baggage 
area of the ex CP Canadian baggage dorms? I'm kitbashing one in N scale. From 
the photos I have the vent spacing appears uneven towards the end of the car.
