Hi
At the Froghall Powis Sunnybank Cc last night the councillors stated that you
were interested in the developer contribution for Urquhart Road
Details of contributions can be found on the Council Recommendation letter
attached to a planning application, worth checking old applications.
I have been trying for the last two years to get information from the Council
and kept being told there was no money.
We had meetings with council employees/officials but still the same answer no
money.
This money only came to our attention after the majority of it had been spent.
A third party Sunnybank Community Centre which is partly run by council
employees has been given a grant of £25K.
Will forward an application form to you.
Would be interested in how you get on with the application.

Further to my email below, I wanted to provide a quick supplementary note that
up to £25,000 of the community facilities contribution from planning permission
reference P12-0640 (as referred to in the attached spreadsheet) has been
committed towards a specific project. This would therefore reduce the remaining
balance available to fund other projects.
