As Jonathon mentioned, this shouldn't be an issue with Sharefile. I can't
speak for ShareSafe.
If you are not converting all attachments to Citrix Files, then it is possible
that the file is less than the automatic conversion size or if the file hasn't
been choosen to convert.

I know that this is ShareFile Specific answer, but ShareSafe may have a similar
option.

Subject: [CPAGeeks] ShareSafe quirk for large items
I suspect this may be a valid question for sharefile too. If you try to send a
huge file using ShareSafe we run into the Outlook client throwing up the "file
is bigger than the server allows". Of course it would get stripped off on send
but you are not even able to kick off the send process. I know I could adjust
these size limits in Exchange online but they serve a purpose for normal send
instances.
Is anyone aware of a work around for this that I may be overlooking?
As always I greatly appreciate the answers.
Thanks
Bob
