We use ProStaff and I have not received any reports of issues this week. We do
have occasional sync issues which are minor but do usually require a support /
remote assist session to weed out the problem.
Schedules appearing normally in the ProStaff web interface, but not on Outlook
calendars does sound like an issue with the calendar sync tool connecting to
your Exchange system. I believe you can pull some logs from the ProStaff
program folder which might tell you more (I usually provide those during the
initial support e-mail to speed things along, since it does take a day or two
to get a support session going).

It’s funny that you mention the exchange sync because we’ve been having issues
with that as well, so that maybe it. One of my co-workers is having a meeting
with them right now so hopefully they can find something. And I was afraid

We’ve been using Prostaff for years (on-prem). I’d recommend calling their
support and speaking with Pansy Pathross. I’ve not run into the issue you’re
having but may be due to an issue syncing with Exchange? We’ve never been super
impressed by the actual platform but it sure beats using Excel.
