Hi Michael,

I did confirm add the necessary add-ins are enabled.  The weird thing is the 
user worked on the file early last week and then all of a sudden it won't open 
for anyone (not just him).  Thanks for the suggestions!

There is a PPC plug-in like Engagement that oftentimes gets deactivated in 
office. Without that enabled you won't be able to "de-ecrypt" their checklists.

That and the ePace plugin are 99% of my macro issues. Maybe worth checking?

Is anyone using PPC Checkpoint Checklists with CCH Engagement?  We're having 
problems with the macro-enabled Excel checklists and I was hoping to get some 
help.

I've confirmed all the add-ins are enabled and the file is in the right format 
(.xlsm) but we are still getting a blank sheet that says "Macros must be 
enabled in order to use this workbook" both in and outside of Engagement.

I'm stumped and still haven't heard back from PPC support.
