FWIW, our cloud telephone service, based in Atlanta (Digium/Sangoma) was
unreachable from our AT&T link yesterday, with traceroutes showing a outage
over the Midwest portion of the path.

Seeing behaviors similar to the MS outage a few weeks back. Applications all
