I'm hoping someone else has run across this problem. I have a user who
randomly gets these errors when opening previously good Excel files in Axcess
Document.
When opening the file:

The user clicks Yes then gets this message:
[cid:image002.png@01D679F3.F2F1E040]
We can't tell if any data is missing once the file opens, but until we repair
the file the messages pop up every time. We want to know what's going on so we
can prevent the file from becoming corrupted in the first place. It's just
happening with Excel files in Document, but Document support says it's a
Microsoft error and I've not gotten anywhere with Microsoft either. Any
suggestions are appreciated!
